A Recipe for Happiness

Have you ever thought about things that make you happy? Have you ever imagined that you can make your own recipe for happiness? I have.

Happiness is a primary emotion and we all feel it. We are born with the ability to feel happy. There are also negative primary emotions such as anger, sadness or fear. Emotions are related to our thoughts and external situations. We can quite easily say what makes us angry, sad, or happy.

I believe that all of us want to feel happy every day. It is a nice feeling, so why don’t we create a recipe for happiness. Make a list of things, activities, people that make you happy. Put that list into a place that you can see easily and just do those things every single day. It will change your life.

I want to share with you my recipe for happiness. I hope that it will give you some inspiration.

 

MY RECIPE FOR HAPPINESS

  • Morning yoga
  • Morning coffee
  • A little bit of dancing
  • Walk in the park
  • Time with my kids and husband
  • Good book before bed
  • Gratitude

 

These simple things make me happy. They fill my body with good energy and make me smile.  What is your recipe for happiness?
