My Favorite Way to Start The Day

I am a morning person for sure. It’s easy for me to wake up early in the morning and start the day. But throughout the years I’ve found two things that make my mornings even better.

The best thing to do in the morning is moving my body. I love doing a short yoga session, some random exercises or even dancing to some 90’s hits. Running is another option when the weather is good. Morning exercise makes me energized, happy and, of course, healthy. At 7 a.m. I already feel like I’ve achieved something in my day. It is the best thing for my physical and mental health.

Second favorite thing is a good old green smoothie. Yaaaam! I love drinking my greens in winter because there aren’t much tasty raw vegetables available and salads do not taste good. I just put some green leaves (spinach, kale, romain, etc.), cucumber, celery, and apple and blend everything with a little bit of water. My kids love this kind of smoothie as well!
