How to Boost Your Motivation?

We all have those days when we feel uninspired, lazy and unmotivated. I have them quite often. Maybe I’m just one of those people who need to boost their motivation quite regularly. After some research I’ve found best ways to boost my motivation and want to share them with you.

Books. A good book is always a good idea. I love reading or listening to inspiring books on different topics. You can find endless amounts of books about business, personal growth, relationships, minimalism, etc., as well as biographies of inspiring people. Sometimes even a few pages of a good book can make you feel inspired and motivated again.

Podcasts. This one is my personal favorite. I have some podcasts I love listening to and I do it from time to time. They usually are about 1 hour long and just bring some good vibes back into my life. I listen to them while doing my daily chores or walking and always feel better afterwards.

YouTube. Find some people with good content or inspirational life story to follow. Even a short 10-20 minutes video on a relevant topic can make you motivated again. I usually find ideas for my blog posts on YouTube and it helps me feel motivated to write.
